Ordering Information
The quickest, most convenient way to order any product or service from Clarity is through the online ordering process. However, if you prefer another method of paying or of ordering, that's probably available too.
Ways to pay
You have the choice of four ways to pay:
- by credit or debit card online (more information)
- via Paypal (more information)
- by cheque (check) (more information)
- by postal order or international money order (more information)
With a credit or debit card
Clarity accepts the following cards through the secure servers at Worldpay or Paypal:
- American Express (in US$, £ and € only)
- Mastercard/ Eurocard
- Visa
- JCB and Visa Purchasing (in £ only)
- Visa Delta/ Electron
- Switch/ Maestro
- Solo
After entering the details of your order at this site, you're taken to secure servers at Worldpay or Paypal (whichever you choose) before you enter your card details. Once the order is complete, you'll see a confirmation page, and a receipt will be emailed to you automatically.
After your payment is complete, the way your order's delivered will depend on the product or service involved. Download information for ebooks and audio is given to you immediately, on the web page, and also emailed to you. Any CD-ROMs will be in the post to you within 24 hours. (There are no additional charges for postage.) For reading or mentoring, we set up the time for your first call straight away, or if you ordered an email reading you can expect to receive it within a few days.

By cheque or money order
Whether you live in the UK or elsewhere, you're welcome to pay by cheque or money order. However, it will take longer for your order to reach you (as I can't send it until your cheque arrives). Please contact me to let me know your order is on its way, so I can have it ready to send when I receive your payment.

If your cheque/ money order payment is not in UK £ sterling, I'm sorry to say there has to be a surcharge, to cover my bank's conversion charges.

If you're paying in UK £ sterling, there are no extra charges.
From a Paypal account
Paypal allows you to pay instantly online without having to fill in your card details - in fact, US residents can set up an account without having to own a card. If you have a Paypal account, you'll find the Paypal option on the order pages quick and convenient. You can also pay by credit or debit card directly via Paypal if you wish, without opening an account.

If you prefer to pay offline by cheque or money order, you can also post me your order at the same time. However, if you're ordering a reading this way, I suggest you get in touch first. That way I can start working on it while I wait for your payment to arrive. Likewise, if you'd like to purchase I Ching mentoring with a cheque or postal order, just let me know.

Ordering by 'phone
Please note this is a one-woman and one-'phone-line business! I might be unavailable when you call, in which case you'll get a quicker response by sending a message from the website.
You can place credit or debit card orders with me when you call, but you should be aware that your card will still be processed online by Worldpay - it's simply the most secure way to do it.
