Free I Ching reading online
In a way, this is the core of this site: a place where you can actually encounter the oracle. True, you meet it through a computer, rather than coins, yarrow stalks or marbles - but that makes no difference. Both of the readings available here give you access to the real words of the I Ching. (There are all too many online 'I Ching' readings that either only offer you half the reading, or only an 'interpretation' of the original words.)
Real interpretation of the I Ching is human and - above all - individual - which is why there are no 'one-size-fits-all' interpretations here. If you choose, you can go on from this free reading to get personal help from me, or join as a Friend and share your readings at the I Ching Community. There's also plenty of material in the Members' Area to enable you to study more closely how to interpret the I Ching for yourself.
You can choose between two readings: a vivid, user-friendly, animated Flash program and a plainer version (using Javascript) with a choice of translations, quicker for dial-up users.
