Anon, in light of recent developments, might I suggest you sign on as a member? I think you will receive a warmer reception and your question greater attention that way. Its not a personal question you?ve asked so you won?t be revealing anything personal. Just a suggestion.

Your question has come up here not too long ago. I?m sure someone will be able to post a link to it for your perusal. And, if you have further questions I?m sure we?ll do our best to discuss them with you.

Happy Birthday btw! Oh, to be young again! http://www.onlineclarity.co.uk/I_Ching_community/clipart/happy.gif

Whow! This one sounds interesting!

Dear Anonymus,

I do not want to draw a too optimistic picture or to see it through rose-colored glasses, but as a matter of fact this answer does not only come very seldom, but also has a very good meaning.

According to the Lynn/Wang Bi version "Here the fundamentality of Qian is expressed in all yang lines, thus we see the law of heaven." and Wang Bi (2nd century b.c.) comments: "The yang lines signify something that is strong and inviolable. Only the Qian hexagram can use them throughout. If one observes heaven from the point of view of this pure strength, the law of heaven can be seen."

I also ask you to step out from your anonymity, as you seem to be quite an interesting person, and we could also benefit from your thoughts then.

Yours,

Soshin
