25th May 16.15 GMT potential work crisis please help!

My question to the I Ching was "How should I behave at the staff meeting tomorrow morning?" Both my Primary Hexagram and my Relating Hexagram were No.5 with no changing lines...I'm too deep in thought to get the most out of this...can anyone help me regain clarity? I'd really appreciate help :-)

Mick & Bradford thank you so much for taking time to reply and it makes total sense, I guess my panic led me to not fully pay attention to my heart, once again the I Ching comes up spot on!
