Hexagram 24

I was wondering about hexagram 24....i asked about a new venture and whether it might be a satisfactory thing to pursue. My response was hex 24 lines 1 and 5 > 8

Because this is close to my heart, I am not so quick to interpret this glibly ; )
Can I have some takes on this readings if any would be so kind?

Would you say it says "go back to what you were doing before and give up this notion? OR that this particular venture could be a turning point?

I am stuck.

The details are rather same-old stuff of life...the prospect of leaving one thing and doing something else (in the same field of work).

Just exploring options now, but I guess either way, I'll be knowing what to do quickly (short return?) and being glad about it!
