Thanks to this great site I attempted the yarrow method and found the results pretty interesting. Once I got the same answer as with the coins and at other times the yarrow told me the same things as did the coins but with different hexagrams. In fact, to check the difference, I do the same question with yarrow as well as with the coins. Yarrow being unknown here in India (at least to me), I used slim bamboo branches instead. But since the yarrow was the orginla method of divining, does anyone here think it is more accurate than the coin method?

Hi Anita-
I have never used the yarrow method, so really can't compare w/ coins, but here is my two cents anyway...
Whether I am at home and tossing coins or at work on the computer and using the on-line i-ching here at clarity, all I do is trust in the sincerity of my inquiry and let it go at that. I feel that "trust" is the major lesson of the i-ching anyway, so I just leave it at that and accept what comes my way as the truth of the moment.

My opinion?. Well, the method is not that paramount. Your mood and concentration makes the diference.
