58.1.4 > 29 but red boxes on 58.3.6???

I forget what the red boxes mean and why would they be on two lines that are not changing to create hex 29?

If any of you have been following my *many* posts, I simply asked if I should email Suisse and what would come of it if I did.

I guess the two part question resulted in the red boxes being at 3&6 of 58.

Any help on what this means?

My first glance I think it says that I should email him and that it might help improve our current situation. am I at all accurate?
