Implemented colour mode Xgram internal structure in both Exploration / Consultation & Logic views.

Xgram sequence numbers start at one instead of zero.

Fixed the context menus in Logic view.

Disabled the ‘moving’ cursor for the product hexagram in Logic View.

A couple of other small fixes.

Appart from the Creative, the Receptive and itself, ANDing hexagrams produces an interesting subset of products. It stands to reason but it will be intriguing to record the subset for each hexagram.

There's still a bug in the Logic context menu, the text is not updated after an option is selected.
