hey everyone. i just have a quick question. is hexagram 16, unmoving, a good omen for trusting someone to follow through on their promises? it seems like a positive response, but from your own experiences are there any hidden warnings in there that i may have overlooked?

thanks!

Hi Quale,

16 could mean to much excitmend in the first place, like suporters on a baseball field just before the match... Do not expect to much, then everything will be just fine... Take it as it comes.

There's "hidden" warnings in some of the moving lines, but in the Hex the judgement "furthers to install helpers" seems to be the main pertinent message here.

So, a positive answer - no need to look for negatives in there I'd say. I guess if you're set on doing that, you could look over the moving lines for potential issues. An interesting approach in a way... Just keep in mind that if the Yi really wanted to say "flaky" it could have given you 16.3 instead...

My two cents,

- Jeff

Very good for following through on inspiration and powerful feelings. And good for the promises, provided they support the feelings.

Agree with Hilary, but stay cautious. One of the meanings of Yu is 'cheating'.
