will i get it?

what's her opinion of me? 51.5 to 17

i think this woman really liked me and wanted to hire me on the spot for the job. i think this answer reflects that. I was a GO! as far as she was concerned. the guy (see below) was holding back a bit though.

what's his opinion of me? 37.1.4.6 to 31

this looks really good as well. he sees me fitting in with them.

i think it looks very likely that i'll get the job.

Hex 37.1,4,6 > 31 he thinks that you are going to be a good worker who will fit in just fine, so he is impressed and therefore feels that you are the right person for the job.

Why do we need to know so soon whether we got the job? Or what people thought of you? The interview is over, the outcome has been decided. Instead of asking the oracle, why not call the interviewer? That would be more direct. If you want to ask about the situation with a regard for self-development then ask for a grade on how you interviewed: Please grade my performance at my job interview. You can use that knowledge for the future and it takes the focus off of consequences, which right now are largely out of your hands, anyway.
