I tried to watch these movies - and couldn't after 4 minutes. She speaks "okay" and "so" too often. And also her book is a weird one: "Metal" is Lesser Yin, not Greater Yin, and Wood is Lesser Yang, while in her book is showed a symbol from Tai Xuan Jing (line twice broken: "- - -"). Nothing special or interesting.

And also her book is a weird one: "Metal" is Lesser Yin, not Greater Yin, and Wood is Lesser Yang, while in her book is showed a symbol from Tai Xuan Jing (line twice broken: "- - -").

When you look to the picture from her book she is adressing the duograms to elements, at least four of them, Evolving out of yang are :Old yang is metal, young yang is wood.
Evolving out of yin: old yin is water (with --- lines) and young yin is fire.

I only know them as being with the seasons, old yang - summer - fire. Young yang spring - wood. Young yin - autumn - metal. And old yin winter- water.

Does anyone know the duogram - element order she is mentioning?
