job application - what now?

Hi All I put in a job application for the Managers job at work and asked "What will happen at work now?"

I got 61.1 going to 64:confused:
It seems to indicate moving slowly one step at a time and stay calm. Any other views would be most welome.

Says to be prepared but don't place any reliance on the support of others as you won't sleep at night wondering if they are for or against you.

Thanks Willowfox that does make sense as I am having problems with the existing manager who is leaving (whoopee)
