I have received this twice for the same question:

Is my ex still seeing "so and so"?

hexagram 41 unchanging :confused:

I know what this hexagram means but for this question I am having a hard time interpreting it. Does it mean they are seeing each other but the quality of the relationship has decreased? Or does it mean I need to decrease my feelings regarding my ex and this girl? I am unclear and need some guidance!

It shows a need to let go of what is already falling away, do not feel you have failed, and do not become bitter about this situation as in the end these feeling will pass. You should look inwards as to why you have your current feelings and work at letting go of these emotions. It is hard but it looks like a time for moving on.

I think sometimes when we ask a question that we are emotionally attached to a certain answer - it is a bit like looking for a needle in a haystack ... when all along it is like a huge elephant in the middle of the living room. It sounds a bit like you might be getting the answer to the question "under the question".

Too get this hexagram twice for the same question & unchanging I believe is telling you more about the relationship between him & you than if he is currently seeing someone. Accept the DECLINE that 41 speaks of. What he does is none of your business - perhaps you could ask what this is bringing up for you to grow through & the gift in this for you.

What I meant was for you to let go of your ex as what he does no longer concerns you.
