49 -->47

Hello everyone. I've been reading posts here for several weeks as I dip my toe into the I-Ching. Everyone seems very knowledgable and helpful.

I just asked the oracle "what to expect from ____ in the near future" (referring to a person I met and had a brief intense interaction with a few weeks ago, thousands of miles away, and have not heard from in a few weeks)

So, I got 49 changing to 47 and I don't know what to make of it. From my very limited perspective (and the text that came with my computer generated reading)49 would indicate I should take a risk to shake things up. 47 seems gloomy in terms of future posibilities. But I'd like to think there are layers I am missing here.

I woudl very much like to be in contact with this person, but I don't want to proceed with continuing to contact him if I am courting misery.
