Well, it is news to me... I had no clue that in China they used to use rubber stamps with hexagrams to cancel postage stamps... (http://search.ebay.com/ws/search/SaleSearch?sofocus=bs&satitle=pakua&sacat=260%26catref%3DC5&dfsp=1&from=R7&nojspr=y&pfid=0&fsop=1%26fsoo%3D1&fcl=3&frpp=50)

Here's another odd use of the bagua - especially since it only really mentions the five elements. But this may not be the whole article, just a teaser. No doubt the rest of it is a profound and detailed examination of the Shuogua and its implications for cultivating personal beauty through divination. I have noticed the more I use the Yi, the softer my skin seems to become - especially when I spend more time inside interpreting my readings, and less time outside digging in the garden. It's very probable the Eight Trigrams help eliminate wrinkles and frown marks too by making "regrets disappear".

Great idea, Lindsay! Now we should find a way to bottle the concept and sell it. To everyone else reading, this should serve as our copyright notice. :D

Seriously though, there are many stories about "Daoist Immortals" that were very old people with the skin tone of young adults. Perhaps there is some empiric proof to the stories.
