62 >15 relationship not going anywhere?

I asked about the state of a relationship (not mine) and got 62 changing to 15. I feel like this doesn't really bode well. please help me in case i am only seeing my own bias. any thoughts are greatly appreciated!

i guess, to be more specific, i feel like the relationship may be exaggerated, and maybe more friendship than anything. sincere, but not terribly important. I am new to this and am unsure of my impressions but that's how i felt about it right off. any input?

Rosalind, 62.4 could mean it's merely adequate for the time being, a caution against expecting too much. so yes, what you said above seems accurate.

thanks for your thoughts. this relationship is hopefully ending or has ended. Does this draw mean that it isn't going well, or won't likely continue? I read somewhere about 62 0r 15 can't remember which, that it is behavior that can be used to avoid a decision. does this seem right?
