Much like the CERN particle accelerator on the Franco/Swiss border, some people are suing to have the planned search for the "God particle" stopped, because theoretically, it could make our world a black hole. Well, I don't think so, but they admit, there is that risk. What we won't do to maintain control of everything, including other people.

Well some crazy pathocrats have been messing around with the weather since the 1930s at the very least. But the research into controlling minds is very much overlapping weather modification. Nikola Tesla and others got them very excited about the possibilities of "charging" the ionosphere with all kinds of extraordinary capabilities.

Richard M. Dolan talks about one Dr. Gordon McDonald who was employed by the military-corporate apparatus in the early 1970s for the purpose of doing research into electromagnetic energy for the purposes of Mind control:

"A pocket-sized transmitter generating electromagnetic energy at less than 100 milliwatts could do the job. This is no pie-in-the-sky theory. In 1972, Dr. Gordon J.F. McDonald testified before the House Subcommittee on Oceans and International Environment on the issue of electromagnetic weapons used for mind control and mental disruption. He stated:

[T]he basic notion was to create, between the electrically charged ionosphere in the higher part of the atmosphere and conducting layers of the surface of the Earth, this neutral cavity, to create waves, electrical waves that would be tuned to the brain waves. ...About ten cycles per second. ...You can produce changes in behavioral patterns or in responses.

The following year, Dr. Joseph C. Sharp, at Walter Reed Hospital, while in a soundproof room, was able to hear spoken words broadcast by ‘pulsed microwave audiogram.’ These words were broadcast to him without any implanted electronic translation device. Rather, they reached him by direct transmission to the brain.

Consider the above ‘electrically charged ionosphere in the higher part of the atmosphere’ in terms of ‘chemtrails.’

And also consider channelling and all manner of similar messages with a similar "script." not impossible I'd say. Place this in context of HAARP and PSYOPS and it becomes less whacky. You can read from insider and the generally loasthsome individual Lt Col. Michael Aquino's book MindWar:

For the mind to believe in its own decisions, it must feel that it made those decisions without coercion. Coercive measures used by the operative, consequently, must not be detectable by ordinary means. There is a great deal of data to suggest that HAARP is not about controlling weather but controlling minds - en masse. As to whether they have been or will be successful is another matter. However, in terms of weather modification that is still a biggie. Especially when you consider a bill was proposed (http://www.govtrack.us/congress/bill.xpd?bill=s109-517) (though never carried through) which always suggests a high degree of activity (usually military) behind the scenes. More convenient to have a bill of course but in reality they don't need any bills or Congress to continue the work.

Hey Topal

Though I haven't necessarily heard it from the same sources you have, I am well aware of the implications of what they are trying to do. And...we are on the verge of having the technology of doing mind mapping, so that they can read images in the mind that will tell them what you have and haven't done... Great for law inforcement, nobody can lie, but then there are those who don't care about the truth, they just want control.

Nobody wants to believe there is any kind of conspiracy involved, but with this kind of power, what else can you expect? And along the same lines, not only posting thoughts in the mind, (for the tools such as HAARP can create, as you say, electromagnetic waves at various frequencies,) and the mind tends to attemp to harmonize itself with the waves of the electromagnetic field. In as much as it does, it magnifies and intensifies the present reality. If we meditate, we slow down mind waves, and change, in as far as possible, our own reality. These people are creating a monster. They know what they want, and how to get it in the short term, but in the long term, they will have killed the goose that laid the golden egg. For in essence, their own technology will eventually backfire on them as well. It happened before the great flood, and "as in the days of Noah..." What the hey? Why is it so hard for people to understand that we NEED a 2012 scenario, badly.
