i find it amazing that every time i get a moving line i look it up and it always applies correctly, i.e. there are moving lines that only apply to 6 or 9 and when i have a 6 then the moving line of the hexagram happens to apply to the 6 and the same goes for the 9, too. and i find it hard to believe that it's all mere fluke. what's your take on that?

come on, don't you think this is the greatest proof that the i cing works? what are your thoughts?

i dont understand what you are saying? 6 is when you throw 3 tails, right? and 9 is when you throw 3 heads? beyond that I have ! no idea what you are talking about! sorry!

i know it's hard to explain but very simple:
you toss six times the coins and you get for ex. a 9 on the 5th line and after you've looked up the right heaxagram you check the 5th line which is the moving line and then you see the fifth line and it is indeed a 9 and not a 6! or when you toss a 6 you look it up and the moving line of the heaxagram is indeed a 6 and not 9! and the amazing thing is that every time you get a moving line it does correspond correctly with the heaxagram's 6 or 9! the hexagram says:" 6 on line 2" or "9 on line 5" which means that if you tossed a 9 on line 6 then the moving line wouldn't be of importance to you. but every time i toss a moving line i get the correct number!
isn't that evidence enough?

oh, sorry. it's no hard evidence at all. just realised my mistake. i'm a novice. call it "thinking aloud" or "jumping to conclusions." not that it makes me doubt the yi though. the more i deal with it the more i believe in it.
