Property and 63.1.3>8

I have a house on an island that I would like to sell...have had it on the market for some time and still nothing. A while back i asked the i-ching about it and got 63.1.3>8
At first I thought -and this could be an oversimplistic interpretation :o- that it meant to leave things as they are, not to proceed hastily, but to keep an eye on the situation rather than just let the property management company do their thing. Is that what it means, or is there some hidden agenda, which I didn't get?:)

Line 63.1 says take it easy and do not become disheartened by your lack of progress, just be realistic about your chances of selling the house but do not give up even though you are obviously going to experience some setbacks now and again.
Line 63.3 says it is going to take a while to sell but it will sell, and this line also says that you should change your property management people as it seems that they are no good.

Hex 8 to me suggests that you will find a buyer, it is a union between two people that will prove to be fortunate for all concerned.

Thanks for that willowfox...just now coming up the stairs I was contemplating the second changing line and was wondering whether it meant that the property management people are not efficient, and here's your message to confirm that.:)
