Ok. So I have known this person for a while now, and since we've met we have both felt a very deep connection, very storng positive energy. Lately, life has not allowed him to be around me very often and I have been consulting the I-Ching for guidance through this period. My question was "what will happen if i wait for him to resolve his issues" and I got a 28.5 changing to 32. I would love any interpretations of this reading. I am trying to understand more clearly.

Yea its interesting, 28.5 its almost like a spinster type senario, excatly you are waiting
but 32 says to me anyway that you maybe where his heart is
like he may feel very comfortable with you.

So i guess the answer is there a good chance he might realise your not a bad catch or work it out, and start talking

28 says there is something out of balance, or top-heavy.
28.5 says that it could seem that something is too late, but it's really not too late for a second chance.
32 says that if things are going to work out OK, it's only through patience for the long haul.

I think the oracle is saying there is nothing wrong with waiting for this person, but be aware you might have to wait a long time - pass up other opportunities along the way - and have to face an ongoing problem after you think it's all handled. This could work, but be sure it's what you really want to do because it's a heavy commitment.
