15 seems to say go ahead and do it in humbleness - or I would be humbling myself...

but what does 39 say?

That it's going to lead to difficulties and problems?

Then I shouldn't do it right?!

Generally that is considered a reading you wish to share. However, taking in its more abstract sense of the meaning of a divination of hex 15 with its 5th line moving (in light of asking if you should do something) The Oracle seems to be noting that actually getting out of your potential well and doing something would be an excellent alternative.

Does the oracle guarantee you a successful result or even speak to the final outcome of your doing something? I would doubt it highly. You asked about doing something and the Oracle answered about just that.

What about the resultant of hex 15.5>> 39? In general structure the timing of hex 15 where there is a single focus upon personal passion being isolated and channeled is being changed by also developing a focus upon the overall organization. Together this dual focus develops the timing of the Long March or the long range planning to achieve what you truly want though you can not achieve it right now. Just doing something is only a beginning but it can be the first step in a successful campaign.

That is about all one needs at this stage, there will be many more situations which may well have their own oracles in their own timing...
