Hi guys, I'm back!

I've been doing meditation and feeling pretty good lately. I've realized that the depressed feeling I've been having came from the rejection of the present...not living in the "now" so to speak. I've shifted my thought a bit and feeling lighter and happier.

I saw my "friend" tonight at my dance performance. The performance went well and we had a nice encounter.

I asked the yi "how did he feel about seeing me tonight?"

I got 30 unchanging.

There seem to be mixed feelings about 30. I wonder what you all think it means in regards to a relationship question.

Much appreciation!

Whatever your demeanor was on that night, he liked.

Dear Openheartsf.

Both the positive and the negative aspect of this hexagram come into play here. On the positive side, hexagram 30 demonstrates the unity of all things. It is like a net, or a web woven by a spider. All things are caught in that net, and everything is an aspect of everything else. The sense here is that there can be a unity here between the two of you....

And yet, one must be very careful with this hexagram not to appear clingy. You must give this person space to come to you. Too much attention too initially can result in the appearance of a clingy or needy personality.

Hopefully this all makes sense to you in one way or another.

Gene and Zander thanks for your insights.

Gene, yes it DOES make sense. I've had a past of being "clingy" in relationships. I've worked on getting my own life and not being so clingy at least on the "psysical" side, but I've noticed that if we are clingy "energetically" it has the same outcome.

I'm much happier being unclingy, and I've tried to give this relationship lots of space, but it has been a delicate dance. I've learned so much and have no attachment to the outcome any longer. I appreciate the moments we have together whether or not it leads to anything in the future. He is a good friend and a kind person, so I appreciate that.

Thanks again!
