does the i ching always answer?

Hey everyone,
I am not sure if the I ching has actually answered my question, as it doesn't really make sense. I asked the I ching "why is it that I still haven't dated successfully the man of my dreams?". The response was Hexagram 1 line 5.
I thought this was a positive answer, maybe meaning that this person will soon come into my life.
Then, I asked about an ex of mine. "Is the one for me?". Then, I received hexagram 44, line 6. I am not sure what to make of this. I guess it means NO. But, the line talks about someone being aloof and being reproached for it. I do tend to be aloof, but I am not sure if this had really anything to do with my question.
Anything can help.

44:6 sounds to me as if saying not only resist this thought (44), but
resist it with all your might, or else it will bring a heavy weight upon
your heart (28). He is definitely not the one for you.

As about dating the man of your dreams, the answer is very positive,
it's actually great. It's as you said, it sounds like you very soon will,
and it will be an amazingly good experience. A lovely answer you got

The question was why she has not meet the man of her dreams.

The answer appears to be that the "right" men see you as just being out of their reach, you seem to be something special, like a film star, so they do not even bother trying to chat you up.

Then, I asked about an ex of mine. "Is the one for me?". Then, I received hexagram 44, line 6.

No he is not the one.
