I dunno about you, but I can never get a straight answer out of the IC if I don't ask a proper question that's clear, and sometimes intent isn't enough and you have to project a little into the most probable future and add that intent to it.

(like, as if what you are asking about has already happened)

Consciousness flows in patterns that are ordered, though they may sometimes seem chaotic, so it's good to always make sure you're clear about what you're asking. You may be clear on what you're asking, but reading that question made me cringe, it was fragmented and chaotic. What I mean by this is, the question seems to break things into too many disjointed parts, whereas you're really only asking an IF, IF, THEN question.

So.. many disjointed parts would be:

1) resign from X
2) join bank
3) work with D
4) enter "scheme" with D

And.. IF, IF, THEN would be:

IF resign from X
IF enter into venture with D
THEN expect what?

please know.. getting a job in xx bank is not confirmed as i only just applied..

32 generally means to continue and persevere in your present direction. So, I'd say that means that either you should continue in your present job, or if you quit your present job and take the new job, it's just going to be more of the stuff you're doing now already.
