How do you interpret 26>46

How do you interpret 26>46? Both hexagrams are one of the more positive ones in the I Jing. However, 26,1,6, has line 26,1 that is showing danger all around. Does 26,6 say that eventually success is at hand? 46 seems very positive.

Line 26.1 says that you want to do something but "something is preventing you, so the advice is to stop and wait.

Line 26.6 is about overcoming the problem that you had, the one mentioned in line 26.1, and now you can proceed.

Hex 46 is about making progress with whatever it is.
