Selling a house - 42.5.6> 24

I've had a house on the market for a few months. The market is fairly saturated in that community, but the realtor feels the house should have sold by now. I asked Yi "How can I increase the chances of my house selling soon?" and received 42.5.6> 24. This looks like a fairly positive response. Although no one has complained about the price, I'm wondering if this indicates I need to come down. Any other thoughts?

I think this is telling me that you may need to widen your reach, i.e whoever you have requested to sell your property you should consider placing you ad with more,

'And put out all your pot and pans, so you will catch every drop of rain'


I think the question you need to ask is are you happy with the service you are getting?

Yes, thank you - I put out a couple more pots by asking friends to post information about the house in appropriate newsletters. I had a positive response from one of those friends, and a cautiously positive one from the other - she asked me to post a flier in an office instead. We'll see what happens!
