Trying to locate someone 47.3.4.5-46

I'm trying to locate an old friend and am having lots of trouble. I asked What should I do to find x and got 47.3.4.5-46. they used to live in Fla, I'm thinking maybe the water has drained from the marsh, could be somewhere a body of water has been filled in? Any help is appreciated.
46 seems to say keep trying.

I think obout marsh with no water just as it is. He can simple live near the marsh or dry lake. Have u any idea about such a place where he can live? Start from that for beginning. Hexagram 46 suggest to go to south. Maybe he moved to sought from his home. Or u should seek south side from ur place.
