I just came across a really nice service, Feed43 (http://www.feed43.com), that allows you to generate an rss feed from a web page. So if you use an rss reader or a customised homepage like google.com/ig or my.yahoo.com to keep up with your favourite websites... http://www.onlineclarity.co.uk/I_Ching_community/clipart/happy.gif
...then you can copy and paste in
http://feed43.com/8885074343413043.xml
for a feed of the 'Friends' Area' and
http://feed43.com/4207615435538551.xml
for 'Divination discussion'.
