I did it as suggested.

What will be the outcome of?

Opening a little Bistro? = 37.2.4.6 >>43

Opening a small Copy and Computer Center for public services? = 3.2 >>60

Starting a small Wood and ceramic hand-crafts store + giving hand-crafts classes? =48.6 >>57
To start my own Realtor business? = 51.1 >>16

I hope one of them is good :)

Thank you so much!

Opening a little Bistro? = 37.2.4.6 >>43 I like this one as it has to do with family things such as cooking, making drinks and looking after the needs of the customer and with determination you can do well.

Opening a small Copy and Computer Center for public services? = 3.2 >>60 No.

Starting a small Wood and ceramic hand-crafts store + giving hand-crafts classes? =48.6 >>57 This is also interesting as the Well has to do with hidden knowledge that can be passed on to all those who are willing to learn but here the potential seems rather limited.

To start my own Realtor business? = 51.1 >>16 Again has possibilities but it shows at the start you will face very stiff opposition but with time, effort, the right prices, good staff you will be able to compete with the others.

If you want to make money, think which is the best for that, not only in the short term but as a long term investment.

You will also need to think about expenses, the cost of the place, the rent, taxes, and many hundred other things before you can even open the door to the public.

Once you decide to put real money into it then it will suddenly become serious.

You are right. The money investment makes the difference.. I guess that -eventhough when the Realtorīs will be not that easy- it could be the best as it only requires a very small space in my home and I have that as well as my phone, desk and computer. Perhaps to become part of a realtorīs society is about $ 800 USD a year in my Country. Besides, it represents a challenge. I like that. As I speak English I have more possibilities too. Also it is cleaner than the bistro. :)
