Anyone know anything about this? Consulted it or had friends who have?

I have always found vedic astrology interesting but a little difficult to understand without a considerable amount of study. When I googled the book I read an interesting article about its origins. The problem seems to be that now a variety of versions exist, without any real proof which is the original text. I had some krishna friends who used vedic texts for divination, but don't really have any good references for its usefulness.

Thank you Davidl. Yes, Vedic astrology seems to be very different from Western Astrology. I don't know much about this system, but the story of the Bhrigu Samhita is fascinating. Have not yet found someone who has consulted it, or one of the 'fakes'.
