Hi fellow open space cadets. This is a story I saw today.

Dharma,
If your out there? I thought this was an interesting story for the 'harmonic convergence' thread. Is it this weekend that we have this 6 pointed star pattern? Anyway I thought this story was an interesting reflection of the times. Ill post the article if the link doesnt work.

David,

Thanks for posting the link.

Sounds very exciting.

The 6-pointed star pattern (Grand Sextile) is this weekend, November 8th. The Sextile includes a Sun-Moon opposition which is also a Lunar Eclipse.

Best wishes,

Mick

This is the Grand Trine for New York, at the moment of the eclipse. Time: Nov.8, 8.20 PM
For Amsterdam the ascendant will be Virgo, not Cancer, time: Nov.9, 2.13 AM

Reporting for duty, oh, highest of space cadets, SIR! http://www.onlineclarity.co.uk/I_Ching_community/clipart/wink.gif

Interesting article David, thank you. http://www.onlineclarity.co.uk/I_Ching_community/clipart/happy.gif

As Mick said, the lunar eclipse and the whole Harmonic Concordance shebang takes place this weekend. For those who are interested, here are more details:

.....

On Saturday, Nov. 8th, the full moon will glide through our planet's shadow. Observers on every continent except Australia (awwh!) can see the event, which astronomers call a lunar eclipse.

Sky watchers will first notice a shadowy darkness creeping over the moon's northeastern limb at 23:32 Universal Time (UT) on Nov. 8th. Watching Earth's shadow sweep across the moon's terrain is fun. Even better is totality, when the entire moon is covered in shadow. Totality begins at 01:06 UT on Nov. 9th and lasts for 25 minutes.

.....

Lunar Eclipse 16:13 Taurus/Scorpio, west coast 5:13 PM; east coast 8:13 PM.

This Lunar eclipse completes a Grand sextile with a 6-degree orb that includes Moon, Saturn, Jupiter, Sun, Chiron, and Mars. Personal projects and other individual endeavors take priority. Opportunities arise that can interface with commercial, inter-cultural, public or other group activities. The synergy between loyalty, purpose, nurturing, responsibility, expansion, and the seeds of new beginnings can create an environment for success.

The grand sextile also includes a series of oppositions, which points out a need for the constructive use of cooperation and perspective, or a conscious agreement to finish and release previously untenable projects.

The Sun and Moon in their eclipse give us the opportunity to see how spirit and ego can work together.

The Mars/Jupiter opposition shows us how it is possible to reach goals when we grow together in mutually agreed upon directions.

The Saturn/Chiron opposition gives us a role model of loyalty and strength and reliability. Saturn, the only retrograde planet in the heavens reminds us that tradition and past accomplishments are resources that can be drawn upon in planning the future, and the opposition from Chiron hints that activist principles need to reflect the larger picture, and adhere to principles of nurturing and protection for all levels of participation.

Each of the outer planets forms a wide square aspect to inner personal planets. Much cooperative individual design can present models for creative work, and in connecting in a dynamic manner to social or cultural group energy; this configuration can be a transformative experience for many people of different expressions.

This day has been termed a Harmonic Concordance, which astrologically seems to relate to a sixth harmonic well-balanced agreement between disparate entities. To be successful, all participants must broaden their awarenesses to embrace the magical YOD of Neptune=Jupiter/Saturn: realization through opportunity and adjustment. I say magical because our shared energies support us, however the Universe seems to be telling us all to raise our consciousness to a higher level than we project at the present time.

Hmm, when this happens the north node will be conjunct my ascendant (orb < 30').
And every planet in the sky will make an aspect with something in my chart.
Should I prepare for take off? Where are those star gates?
Just curious http://www.onlineclarity.co.uk/I_Ching_community/clipart/biggrin.gif

Martin,
aim for the 13th sign of the zodiac now opening in the sign of Aesklepius/Ophiuchus and prepare to meet the Goddess energy as She pours on through.

Oh... and don't forget to report back to us little people without the backstage passes or decent seats - we want a full description of the show as you experience it! http://www.onlineclarity.co.uk/I_Ching_community/messages/786/1147.gif

I wouldn't count on that. The Goddess will surely leave me speechless. Or worse. http://www.onlineclarity.co.uk/I_Ching_community/clipart/spin.gif
Apart from that, I want company!
No decent seat? Shouldn't be a problem, just imagine that you have one and .. you have one. http://www.onlineclarity.co.uk/I_Ching_community/clipart/happy.gif
