I should appreciate some help with this. I've got 21.2.4 to 41 after asking if I should informe the director that a member of the reception does not respect the securityrules. This is told to me by another reception collaborator.
Who's retained to speak herself to the director because she do not want make problems with her fellow worker.
I can make a thing of it. (sorry for my bad English)

I think I see some light. The judgement says (Akira Rabelais) "It is favorable to let justice be administered". On the other hand Lijn 2 : "aroused by anger, one goes a little too
far." What to do?

Hilary says of 21.2 it can be a case of being to close to an issue to see it clearly..like when your nose becomes stuck in the food you eat ( actually my nose never does get stuck in food lol) and as you say there is also a danger of going a bit too far with imposing justice so that makes me think that while it is a good thing for you take some action over this perhaps you might look at it from the receptionists point of view. Maybe in her mind, or from her perspective there is a reason she does what she does., 21.4 may indicate that dealing with this will uncover other knotty issues, perhaps it won't be easy to deal with but its certainly the right thing to do I think. Perhaps the 41 indicates you should not spend too much time, energy or feeling on this, keep it simple and see things from her angle also.
