50.4.6>46 Business Partner

Hi All

I went into partnership in my work about 2 years ago it was not the best move nor was it the worst.

My business partner has showed little interest in the business he cant even be reached most of the time. Just latley he has been getting a little demanding like how much I should be payed etc . I mean there I know real problems as yet but I have feeling he may "possibly try to make things difficlult .
Things are going well at the moment and that has nothing to do with any effort he has put in and he is well aware of it as it has slipped out a couple of times.

He is just not consistent person and changes his mind very easily.

How should I handle this situation I recived 50.4.6>46

I see this is possibly him being represented by the 4th line and me in the 6th as basicaly what I have said he tends to like to control things but as I said he is not consistent I mean because I am the business I live a breath it at the moment.

The other thing could line 4 mean that he could spoil things or make life difficult

Would love some outside feedback

Yes to me the 50.4 shows his carelessness or laziness or whatever it is is a real problem and needs to be dealt with. He could spoil whats cooking for the business. But I don't think you are going to let him do that ! (50,6)

This reminds me of your yearly reading which was 15>22 i think. I think you can trust yourself to know what needs to be done. Challenges like these test you but I think the 50.6 bodes well.

(Didn't you get 50.5 for the last problem with a contractor hmmm again you handling people who aren't giving their best and jeopardising the work)

I think he feels out of the loop but he has put himself in this position.

So do you think 50.6 puts me in a position where i will be able to handle the situation?

Yes and i referred to your yearly reading because i thought that showed you to be really grounded, connected, in terms of your work. As you know what you are doing you also know who is good for the business. Do you actually need him ? You could stay friends but continue without him on a business level. The reading isn't saying that exactly, but if you've got your head together like the yearly reading showed, maybe you can have more confidence about running the business how you want without relying on unreliable people. Or maybe you know how to handle him., 50.6 suggests that to me

I see it now I know this business backwards & he hasnt bothered so unfortuantely for him knowledge is the real power and short bursts are not.
I mean he has had every opportunity to be involved and learn but he has taken his hex 10 and this is where it lead him
