This website sells Yarrow Stalks:
http://www.eheart.com/yarrow/index.html
(This is how I found Clarity. There is a link on the site. Thankful for that)
And I bought some yarrow that I use and love. I selected the option of her, Jane English, picking out the bag that they came in. The bag comes with an extra stalk incase one breaks.

Hi Courtney:

Do you know that yarrow, whose scientific name is Achillea (1), is a healing herb in much cultures and of course related with shamanism and divination not only in ancient China?

THE YARROW.

This plant, in the eastern counties, is termed yarroway, and there is a curious mode of divination with its serrated leaf, with which you must tickle the inside of your nose, repeating the following lines. If the operation causes the nose to bleed, it is a certain omen of success:

Yarroway, yarroway, bear a white blow,
If my love love me, my nose will bleed now.

Another mode of divination with this plant caused a dream of a future husband. An ounce of yarrow, sewed up in flannel, must be placed under your pillow when you go to bed, and having repeated the following words, the required dream will be realized:

Thou pretty herb of Venus' tree,
Thy true name it is yarrow;
Now who my bosom friend must be,
Pray tell thou me to-morrow.

Thanks for the information Charly. I have some yarrow from the market, maybe I will stick some up my nose or under my pillow and see if my dream man appears! I think it will be either Jet Li or Maynard James Keenan. One of the two :D.

I love series of events. After getting my first Yi translation (randomly and with a lot of synchronicity involved), I sought out to purchase some yarrow... Searched yarrow online and found Jane English's site, purchased yarrow ... and her website pointed me to Clarity! :bows: I joined Clarity in Febuary of 2010. Two years ago. I wanted to recognize Jane's link in all of the puzzle pieces that has brought me here!! Corny, perhaps. Still, check out her yarrow!!

Take care,
AQ

Cpourtney:

Maybe is time for adding another translation of the Changes to your list , if you have not it already: Gia-Fu Feng & Frank Kegan. (1)

You can find it here:

http://www.stars-n-dice.com/gia-futext.html

A translation with the strength (and weakness?) of been written by a chineseman.

All the best,

Charly

I would agree!

I will look into if there is a hard copy. My computer completely died 2 days ago. It is time to get a new one. I am actually happy about this. After I get the new computer, it is going to be a clean slate to draw on. I have been holding out on getting Justin's software to Journal readings, as well as some translations only on file, for when I make the transition. Should be within a month.

I would say adding Gia-Fu Feng would be a good thing to do Charly! Thanks for the arrow!
