I am hoping to raise 25K to take a degree by the end of 2017. I had been sleeping on the intention until it came clear to me how I *might* be able to achieve it. My question to the Yi had been:

"Will I be able to raise funds for my degree program by end of 2017?"
I have #1 all lines changing to #2.

This is one of those answers where the method to interpret Yijing makes all the difference.

From a text-based method, it is a clear auspicious answer.
From a Wen Wang Gua method, it is a clear NO.

I'll go with the second one (but hope to be wrong, in your best interest)

It will be very informative to know the real development by the end of 2017
