I feel my mortgage company are fleecing me with all sorts of
bogus charges - they are unfortunately the subprime lot.
I have spent so much time trying to see if they are proper in
their conduct in the eyes of the Financial Services Authority

I fear the ombudsmen are ineffectual. After a lengthy call trying
to get all data plus an original copy of agreement - they said they
had no signed agreement or original documentation. I NEED IT TO
SEE IF THEY ARE STICKING TO TERMS AND NOT FALSELY CHARGING!!

i thought what should I do - my gut said just let it go for now
i asked myself should i appeal a previous court action by them on
the grounds of no contract for reference? again my gut said hang
fire

so I asked Yi

what to do about this situation and got 1.4.5.6>11
I think thats the dragon looking to leap and if proper limits kept
to then it will be good - hexagram 11

i asked more specifically - should i appeal the court judgement
and got

29.2>8 line 2 indicates peril but a little justice from it. 8 I always
take as doing something for the common good - a lot of these
financial moves are so dodgy - i know people in the city who say

the bad credit system was set up in the knowledge it would fail -
so they insured for the crash. So it was win win win.
win - collateral taken back with excessive fees
win - insurance pay out
win - government bail out money (so first monies squirrlled away)
win - debt interest revenues

they are too big to go up against I know but it galls me they do not
even have a contract and are blaming the broker.:rant::rant:

The abyss is dangerous.
One should strive to attain small things only.

29.2 When we are in danger we ought not to attempt to get out of it immediately, regardless of circumstances; at first we must content ourselves with not being overcome by it. We must calmly weigh the conditions of the time and by satisfied with small gains, because for the time being a great success cannot be attained. A spring flows only sparingly at first, and tarries for some time before it makes its way in to the open.

I think that underlined text confirms hex 11, to try more calm an approach, since it is an 29 situation for you - dangerous but needs you to get through it the best you can.
Regardless of Yi, wouldn`t it be logical to consult an experianced lawyer who can tell you what your chances in the court are? It is very strange that there is no paper trail. I think Yi is advising you to take small methodical steps.

Water is something that of necessity flows on. When the spring gushes forth, it does not know at first where it will go. But its steady flow fills up the deep place blocking its progress, and success is attained.~ h4 Wilhelm

While danger is implied in each through the element of water, the only real danger to water is in drying up, dissipation, evaporation. That's why water seeks what is wet while fire seeks what is dry.

Just thought I'd point out a comparison and common theme. Fits with the teaching/learning value of constancy, persistence and repetition.
