This is something that I shold have consulted Yi about sometime ago for my financial situation is terrible. Unemployed, no benefits of any kind, caring for an elderly ill parent.
Part-time work in my profession would be great solution for the time being but it is virtualy impossible to get some work in education here, much else anywhere without connections in my country.
So, What line of work should I concentrate on procuring that will bring financial gain? Hex 37.4 < 13
I am surprised with this cast
Six in the fourth place means:
She is the treasure of the house.
Great good fortune.

It is upon the woman of the house that the well-being of the family depends. Well-being prevails when expenditures and income are soundly balanced. This leads to great good fortune. In the sphere of public life, this line refers to the faithful steward whose measures further the general welfare.
Wilhelm

Althoulgh I consider myself a team player, seems that my destiny is to strugle through life alone.
I cannot make much out of this now and your insights could make the difference.
Thank you kindly :bows:

"She is the treasure of the house. Great good fortune."
A "wife" for a household, but in the context of being employed. Nanny, Tutor, Housekeeper, maybe Aide in a Seniors Home, Property manager, something like that?

< 13
"FELLOWSHIP WITH MEN in the open. Success."
You might look for companies that offer private tutoring after school for students, given your teaching background, or after school programs, maybe at a Church or other organization, possibly adult education work. All pretty much the kind of part time work you are seeking, work in Adult Daycare might be something you could bring your ill-parent to.

Thank you for your suggestions.
There is just one little thing, I HATE housework, and I am worn out mentally from caring for one person alone, so I really cannot stand the thought of tending for 20 more. Part-time jobs here are rare, working pro bono or under the table is more of a reality in such cases.
I was thinking wether I should try offering some hand made textile products, try to "invent" some kind of an interesting lecture gig? One has to have something unique to offer te be rocognised, getting a job is virtually impossible.

That is why I tend to understand this cast as mere description of my present situation where I am the one who has to try to make ends means the best I can.

Tutoring students can pay pretty well if you have busy well off parents in your area. Freelance or for an existing program, or start your own program with more than one kid at a time. You did say you were in Education.

I know a guy who married a girl from SIngapore. They started after school classes in math using the highly successful Math method taught in Singapore, now they are multimillionaires with a chain of these schools all over the US.

Here in the US you have a lot of Tutoring places where kids go after school, and some people with specialized knowledge tutor privately.

Thank you for trying, really. Due to very bad economical shape of people here, there is a huge ammounth of people with work and still not making enough, so for an example, those who are wealthy will get a famous art tutor rather, etc..huge compettition...and I am without help or funds at all...this is a wild capitalism hopefuly coming to term with a new gouverment era here, quite different mentalities and lots of wel, lets just say, ugliness.

much like you've said, it seems the Yi was sort of outlining your situation with this line, but it does give an auspicious conclusion! I might suggest re-thinking your question regarding bringing in income and asking again in a different way, for further clarification. Good luck to you:)

Thank you, but have you got something concrete in mind regarding the question perhaps? :bows:

No, your destiny is not to strugle through life alone. For every pot there is a lid, although at the moment you cast a pall of negativity that will deny you opportunity. Not even an avatar and you an artist!

I was thinking whether I should try offering some handmade textile products

This accords with hexagram 37. In the words of King Lemuel:

She layeth her hands to the spindle, and her hands hold the distaff.
She stretcheth out her hand to the poor; yea, she reacheth forth her hands to the needy.
She is not afraid of the snow for her household: for all her household are clothed with scarlet.
She maketh herself coverings of tapestry; her clothing is silk and purple.
Her husband is known in the gates, when he sitteth among the elders of the land.
She maketh fine linen, and selleth it; and delivereth girdles unto the merchant.

Folk art of your area would likely be of interest to tourists. Make some samples and see what shops will take.

Kind as ever Tom:hug: but that story with a pot and a lid...does not hold water-boiling...
Avatar'? Isn`t there a picture visible? I think I am too much already:blush:
I was thinking along patchwork actually, not very local thing but people seem to like it.
It is worth a try, double bed cover sells for 110 euro in that one specialised store alone:eek:

Still no avatar. You're asking that I respond to the 64.1.4.6 >19 thread, I think. I'll pop over and have a look.

dragona, go to membership, your control panel, and you can edit the avatar settings on the left hand side menu. It's a separate thing than your profile pic, some avatars animate (although I've not seen any like that here..."
