I am between London and the textile factory out of town.

There is unrest here in London - yet there is a very exciting
textile presentation tonight.

Please what will happen if I go to textile presentation

concerned by line 6 I asked

that seemed even worse

so I asked please what is the best course of action for me to
take in my current circumstances

answer 17

I can do one of 2 things and both are not great outcomes.
maybe 17 means consult and be lead.

I asked about Tottenham because of last fall's riots there.

This is a rather serious warning for someone considering attending a textile presentation.
Hex 2.6 at the top means:
Dragons fight in the meadow.
Their blood is black and yellow.

I read 23's advice that "It does not further one to go anywhere" as meaning it is not worth the risk, given the circumstances. Y

Never gotten such a serious warning from the Yi myself.

relating hexgram doesn't mean outcome.

It really enriches the reading if you look at the relating as the context and then afterwards as an invitation, or direction to apply the advice
so from a place of splitting (whatever is going on in london that dangerous) there is the energy of the earth and you are approach that energy with conflicting desires and this wont work with the energy of the earth because she knows joy is in your heart and that is with you where ever you are, and then the invitation from 23 is to find the peace at ground level.

I know this seems crazy but does Yi answer something else
entirely?

i asked this then my lodger showed me a big piece of wood
from the floor of his rom that has woodworm (23)

then I went out to move the car - which was on a meter til
I get my pass when there was a parking war for a space behind
me - and one of the cars scraped mine and drove off. The other
driver who parked (other dragon should I say) called her crazy.

so i feel that is my 23 and 2.6
(chingching what you have to say is great but hear me out)

so now I am thinking staying here is just conflict and chasms
at moment - I might just drive out of town now to be sat in
a pleasant village hall in the country with weavers and woolmen
and quilters. (maybe rest and recuperation is out of major city
drama)

Hopex would you please tell me what the final outcome was on line 6 or how you feel it affected your situation? I received this as an answer to "how do I best support my daughter during this murder trial". She's not the suspect... I don't want to reveal much more than this at this time. I have received so many different lines throughout my studies of the Yi but never this one. I'm so worried for her and I don't know what to make of this. I meditated and cleared my mind and calmed my spirit before casting, guidance and opinions are more than welcome.

This really deserves your own thread.

I feel 2.6 woven through your words. For me, 2.6 has been the peak of much ado about nothing. If not recognized, it could become delusional suspicion. If you can relax and open up (2), not get obsessed, that would be the greatest support for your daughter.

23 = lose that anxiety and just be there for her.
