Hi, I was hired for a job, but I was given the possibility to choose among 2 types of contracts that can lead to different carrier paths.
I have asked the I Ching waht are the effects in the long terms if I choose contract N1, and I got 13 3.4 changing in 42.
For contract N2, I got 32.2.3 changing in 16.

Which contract offers better outcome in the long term?

This says that you start up in such a way that you cannot feel comfortable with the other people but that eventually you come to your senses, and then things will improve.

This one starts out okay but after a period of time you begin changing your mind, or you begin changing your goals, which brings instability into the situation.

So, thinking long-term, it looks like N1 would be better, even though you may not like something about N1 at first.
