The time of Decrease is not great, but you can definitely work in it, in fact, it helps you to make decreases within yourself too. If you recognize certain things you might be doing wrong and then attempt to fix them, it will lead you into Enthusiasm.

However, the fact that Opposition is a big factor is something to be considered. Maybe you're wasting time with this job, and it'd be better to work in less hostile environments?

I need my job but I don't have desire for life anymore and this is weird situation. I put so much in my work, I'm different now, broken, not in good shape to search something else,but I guess that's my only option regardless small chance for success.I should be smarter when I started .
Now I have only one thing to do - to choose moment to quit it.
