I think Karchers interpretation is most useful here, especially for line 6. "The impulse conjoins your mouth and bursts forth in a torrent of words. They will stimulate others, but will not last very long. When it ends prepare to pull back". You then have 33 which is retreating or pulling back. I think what is represented is a mutual attraction being expressed verbally. My impression is that you need to do something more than just words, but then you need to back off and see where it goes. Perhaps the other person will need time to think about things and consider how they want to respond. It is a bit confusing as 31 talks about not being too agressive. I think the answer to your question is to let the other person know you are interested, but don't push and give them time to respond to you. Hope that helps.
