Please may I ask another question , On occasions I hear knocking, most time three knocks, today 4 knocks followed a short while later by 2 knocks. The knocks appear to come from a wall or door, occasionally from a window. Today I asked I Ching the reason that I hear this knocking, the answer received hex 11.2,3 to 24. I have a friend overseas who I have very deep feelings for, he has acute financial problems, I email him frequentlly but he answers only very infrequently. I am beginning to wonder if he has lost interest. The knocking sometimes startles me and wakes me up so it is not in my imagination. Any ideas anyone? Thank you,:bows: Meigga

Is the knocking your friend calling to you? Or, is the knocking you calling to your friend? Knock on wood. 11.2.3 suggests friendship at a distance (the general meaning of line 2) and in difficulty (line 3). 24, the idea of return. I think you hear this knocking because you miss your friend.

11.2 . . . Not neglecting what is distant
11.3 . . . No going not followed by a return. He who remains persevering in danger is without blame.
