Im very new on this. Im looking for a job lot time ago without results so far. Now Im participating in a selection process with good results so far. Ive had the final interview some days ago but I dont have news about that. Ive been asked: What I Need to know about the final decision of the employer? the answer was Hex. 36.4 > 55. I dont understand completely all the metaphors here. If anyone can Help me to fully understand the message please?
