Does 59 or 29 speak on specific regions i.e North, South, East, West?

29 is about repeating.. I grew up and lived in NY for most of my life. Moved away and returned a few times.

This seems like a promising reading but I'm not sure.
Both places are potentially suitable for work and living but two different extremes. West vs. East Coast, Hot vs. Cold climate, Fast paced vs. slow, familiar vs unfamiliar..

Any takes?
