I'm a little frustrated with the current trajectory of my career. I am a writer for an online publication and I feel like I contribute so much to my company, but I feel like I am not getting acknowledged (through promotion or raises).

As much as I loved my job before, it's not meeting my needs financially. Im 23 and I asked I-Ching to give me insight into the future of my career. I got Hexagram 26.3 to 41. I interpret this as that there will be a new opportunity coming my way, but the 41 hexagram scares me a bit. Can anyone help me out?

The situation looks unstable and the I Ching urges you to practice self-defense skills daily in order to keep up with the situation. Well, I guess you know already how unstable online jobs can be . . . However, if you pursue your career the way horses run when they are in herds, you should be okay. Sounds like a future demanding lots of stamina!
