There is a possibility that I can receive a job offer from my former colleague who now works in the other company. I am not sure whether I get it... Should I wait for it? 50 UC

Could you please throw me a couple of ideas friends? Feel confused...

50 here sounds to me like you shouldn't just idly wait.
'Brew' it and 'cook' it, influence it in any manner you can.
More common acquaintances? a chat or lunch with the former colleague? Linkedin?
Anything, you'd know best, anything to help cook the situation.

Was "Should I wait for it?" your question? 50 certainly sounds like a positive opportunity but no change lines could mean nothing happens, it just remains a possibility. I suggest you rephrase your question in a way that does not require a yes or no answer as all the hexagrams can be read as meaning yes or no. As 50 implies strengthening one's position, giving the ting solid legs, you might ask, "What more can I do to improve my chances for getting this job?"

I have asked the direct qiestion: "Will I work with this person?" and the result was positive, 55.3.5, if I am not mistaken. I also asked if he would offer me to work with him, 42.6 what says yes.

Perhaps, I am being too impatient.

How did you get 'Yes' from that line?
I see it as a direct no.
Like the situation is very volatile and maybe there is a chance, but maybe not.

I have just reread the interpretations, you seem to be right. I wonder, why I took "There will be evil" as a conditional...

The situation is volatile, indeed, as his position in the new company is high but unstable yet (3). He may also change his mind.
