These are read as describing the guide or sense of direction influencing each hexagram's nature - their 30-ness (any 'difficult to get' ones will be due to interpretation bias only but otherwise they do make sense)

In hexagram 30 the focus is on determination of, expression of, a sense of direction, an ideology. The emphasis is on a boundary that moves outwards like that of a bush fire. With this fire all that it comes across is converted to ash and so within the boundary is 'sameness'. The base trigram has a focus on 'guidance' where this is doubled in the hexagram reflect more precise form of guidance through setting a direction, a particular 'path' to follow, an ideology that is used as a 'shining light'.
