Is this a real job offer? if it is, will it be a good one for me?

I asked "with respect, what is to be known about the likelihood of this person offering me a job in his team?"

The response I got was 49 changing at 4th line to 63.

I've never been terribly sure whether 63 is a good hexagram to get or not. I'm looking for clarification from others in respect to this question?

I asked a further question "with respect, what actions should I take or not to expedite this person offering me an appropriate job soon?" (shocking grammar but it made sense to me!)

The response was 53 changing at 2nd and 4th lines to 44. Anyone got any insight on this one?

Finally, I asked "with respect, what is to be known about he likelihood of my job with this person being successful for me?" I got 35 which has always been a good one for me.

If anyone can shed light on these questions and answers I'd be most grateful.
