Can I trust the apparent positive change of heart from the person who's been such a problem in the past?

29.5 > 7

Yes, this person is now able to pull back from the brink before their problems spill over into my life. As a result, they can get the help they need from their own team. I can expect that their issue will not make any more chaotic floods for me.

It looks all very positive, that they can now figure how to help themselves without the whole situation getting out of hand.
Hex 7 indicates that they now have much more self control and discipline, they have brought some order back into their life.
