Is it a good or bad hexagram overall?

46.3 and
46.5

seem auspicious.
What does it mean to get that hexagram, in a yes or no question?

Does it mean yes, although risks are there, or
no, because it is dangerous (29)?

Progress can now be made as all obstacles have been removed but becareful and cautious and don't run. Hex 29 to be forewarned to to be forearmed, so you know the problems that lie ahead so you prepare accordingly and thus find ultimate success.

What if the 'thing' is already out of the person's hands? As in they cannot improve on it anymore. The verdict depends on other people. I am not sure what the Yi is talking about here regarding preperation as preparation has been done before now.. I'm curious about the warning for 29, what warning is it? The question was "can a desired mark be obtained"? Maybe its saying that hoops have to be run through and some trouble may result before that?
